How IntenseSEO uses cookies and similar technologies.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and advertising tags.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary — includes the seo_session cookie that keeps you signed in after registration and email confirmation. We may also set seo_ad_support when advertising integrity checks pass in production, so the free analyzer can run. These support security, sessions, and funding the service; they do not require consent in many jurisdictions.
Preference storage — your cookie banner choice is stored in browser localStorage under intenseso_cookie_consent until you clear it.
Advertising (if you accept optional cookies) — Google AdSense scripts load only after you consent on the banner. Ad partners may set cookies to deliver and measure ads under their own policies.
Analytics & ads measurement (if you accept optional cookies) — we use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-L4V9550FJW) and Google Ads (AW-18202694268) to measure visits and ad performance. The Google tag loads on every page with Consent Mode defaults (no ad or analytics storage) until you accept optional cookies on the banner.
Security (reCAPTCHA, if enabled) — guest analyze may load Google reCAPTCHA v3, which may use cookies or similar storage under Google's policies.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the service from working. For ad personalization controls, see Google's ad settings and your browser's privacy options.
Service nature
IntenseSEO is an advisory SEO checker only — we do not modify your website. Audit and AI outputs are unverified; you must confirm them before use. See our Disclaimer.
