Before your first SEO analysis (guests) or when creating an account, you must actively tick boxes confirming that you have read and accept these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. By continuing after that, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Cookie Notice. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

You may run SEO analyses without registering. We provide a unique URL to view each guest report. Guest reports are stored for 3 days then removed. Anyone with the link can view the report during that period — treat links as confidential.

AI copy suggestions are available only to registered users with a confirmed email address. The standard analyzer works without registration. AI output is advisory text only — we do not apply changes to your website; you must verify suggestions before use.

Registered users must complete email confirmation before AI features or saved history apply. Account history entries last 3 days like guest report links, unless you mark up to 5 as kept (permanent). Verified accounts receive up to 5 lifetime AI copy suggestions (regenerating a new suggestion uses one credit; reopening a saved suggestion on the same report does not). Higher limits may be offered with a paid subscription later. You are responsible for your credentials and account activity. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits or submit unauthorized URLs.

The core analyzer is free and may be funded by advertising. Where ads are enabled in production, we may require that advertising-related scripts and cookies are not blocked in your browser before running analyses (see our Cookie Notice). This is an operational requirement to fund the service, not a paid subscription.

Registered users' completed audits appear in Analysis history for 3 days unless marked as kept (up to 5 permanent) or deleted sooner. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page (password required), which removes your account and linked analyses.

After deletion, we may retain a minimal fair-use record (canonical email identifier, last email used, and lifetime AI suggestion count) for up to 36 months to prevent abuse of free quotas — see our Privacy Policy. Re-registration with the same logical email does not restore free AI credits.

IntenseSEO provides consultation-style guidance only. We do not edit, publish, or apply fixes on your site. Every score, issue, “How to fix” note, and AI suggestion is unverified — you must independently check accuracy before relying on or publishing anything.

You are solely responsible for implementing, testing, and publishing any changes. We do not warrant that following displayed guidance will resolve issues or improve rankings.

The analyzer is offered free of charge and may be supported by advertising. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific features, or any particular outcome from using reports or AI suggestions.

You may use the service only to analyze URLs you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You must not:

• Abuse rate limits (including the current limit of 3 analyses per minute per user or IP), automate excessive requests, or attempt to disrupt the service
• Call our JSON APIs from outside the website UI (for example scripted clients without using the public site)
• Probe internal networks, non-public systems, or third-party infrastructure without permission
• Submit illegal, harmful, or malicious URLs or content
• Reverse engineer or resell the service without written consent
• Misrepresent audit or AI output as official search-engine or legal advice

The IntenseSEO name, interface, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Text extracted from pages you analyze remains the property of respective rights holders. AI suggestions are provided for your internal evaluation; we grant no exclusive rights to underlying models’ training data.

See our full Disclaimer. In summary: we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on scores, fixes, or any displayed or AI-generated text. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of zero or the amount you paid us for the specific request giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the event (typically zero for free use).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of IntenseSEO from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, URLs you submit, or content you publish based on our output.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, disputes are subject to the laws of the operator’s place of establishment; courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue where permitted.
